At SeaWave Tour Phuket, we aim to make your booking experience simple, secure, and transparent. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment or the agreed deposit has been received. After confirmation, you will receive your booking details by email, WhatsApp, or your selected contact method.
2. Payment
Full payment is generally required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept approved payment methods as provided during the booking process.
3. Customer Information
To complete your booking, you may be asked to provide:
- Full name
- Hotel name or pickup location
- Travel date
- Number of adults and children
- Contact phone number or WhatsApp number
Please ensure all details are correct. SeaWave Tour Phuket is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Pickup and Arrival
For tours and transfers that include pickup service, customers must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Delays may affect your participation, and missed pickups caused by customer absence may be treated as a no-show.
5. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service booked. Unless otherwise stated:
- More than 48 hours before departure: eligible for reschedule or refund, subject to supplier approval
- Less than 48 hours before departure: cancellation fees may apply
- No-show or missed departure: non-refundable
Some special promotions, private charters, peak-season bookings, or third-party operated services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
6. Cancellation or Changes by SeaWave Tour Phuket
We reserve the right to change or cancel any booking due to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, supplier issues, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer one of the following where possible:
- Reschedule to another date
- Alternative tour or service
- Partial or full refund, depending on supplier terms
7. Weather and Safety
Customer safety is our top priority. Tour schedules may change or be cancelled without prior notice if conditions are considered unsafe by the operator, captain, or local authorities.
8. Child Policy
Child rates apply only where specified. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
9. Health and Fitness
Some tours may not be suitable for pregnant women, infants, elderly guests, or customers with medical conditions, mobility limitations, or recent surgery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any health concerns before booking.
10. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings during tours and transfers. SeaWave Tour Phuket is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
11. Tour Program Changes
Itineraries, timing, pickup schedules, and destinations may be adjusted depending on weather, tides, operational needs, or safety requirements without prior notice.
12. Responsibility
SeaWave Tour Phuket acts as a travel service provider and coordinator. While we work with trusted operators and suppliers, we are not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our direct control.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with SeaWave Tour Phuket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this booking policy.
